I forgot. to pass on the impactful comment mr ling gave. On the way home yest, mr ling said sumthings which relli hit a spot. true enough, he may not be de bestest lecturer, and definitely not a favourite of mine, i just feel that he's wise, wiser than his age. Do you guys realise how much emphasis we put it our grades? as if all that matters is this country is who's the best, who's got the highest marks, who's the brainiest? everything's about being on the top. everyone's becoming so competitive, studying so hard for something we dont even know why the hell for. He said the whole system in singapore is so crappy, everyone has so much emphasis on marks, evrything is practically based on grades on a paper. why fight for things in which everybody is competing for? at the end of day, irregardless of the kinda grades imprinted on your scripts, it is far from how reality life operates. i agree on that, studies is studies, but if you try soo hard to accomplish things, and yet not knowing what reality in life holds.. its not of much use. but its also contradictory, cos sadly in this modern day, people only look for degrees/ masters and dunno what else.

im just trying to state a point here, true enough, times may be tough now, working thru tons and tons of assignments evry now and den, but university is gonna be so much harder, and working life as well.. if we're gonna let all these stuff to bring us down, or demoralize us, in the future its gonna be harder.. so a little positive vibe here, lets just try to pull through this time with whatever best efforts we can give.. and not get too stressed out alritey? its easier said than done, but lets just try..=)
